A What I got for Christmas post.

I'm a little late with this post because I wasn't going to post it first but since I already have the photos I thought I might as well just post it. I'm sad that the holidays are over. I enjoyed being home with my family and friends and getting to see my nephew. I had a lovely time but I've been back in my apartment for almost a week now and it's been quiet.

As always, I am very happy with everything that I got for Christmas. I am a very easy person to please. Here are some of the things I really loved.

So, I've been wanting the HP sprocket photo printer. It's such a neat little piece of technology that just comes in handy when you want to print off some photos straight from your phone. I've printed off so many since I got this and I have even been giving some out to my friends. What I love about these photos is that they are also stickers. So, if you give one to a friend, you're also giving them a cool sticker. Neat, hey? It's decent quality. It's not amazing and it's not going to look like your digital photos but technically it's a printer and if you've ever printed a photo off on a regular printer, you know how that quality is? That is basically what you are getting with the HP Sprocket. A mini printer to print off your photos. What I love is that the paper isn't really that expensive either. It's definitely a fun Christmas gift and if you're into scrapbooking (which i'm not but would love to do) then this would be perfect for you. I mean, they are stickers, It doesn't get much easier than that.

I love this cute little watch from Aldo. It's a simple one that will just be so wearable everyday and it comes with accessories as well. I only own one expensive watch and I barely ever wear it. I guess I'm always worried about scratching it or it's just too much for everyday. That's why I love this watch. Perfect for everyday, isn't too pricey but also looks quite beautiful! 

Another Aldo piece, big fan here! I thought this bag would be so adorable to use over Christmas so I told my sister to get me this one a while back for Christmas. I used it the whole time I was home for the holidays and I'm still using it now. It's just so adorable.

When you think cozy, one of the things you think about is a cup of hot chocolate right? Of course that hot chocolate needs to be inside a mug. Well, how about a cozy mug? Nothing screams cozy like this mug. It's all in the detail! :) This was from one of my best friends and I love it so much.

I own too many hats but i'm definitely not complaining because this time of the year I can't go outside without one. I really like to switch them up from outfit to outfit or mood to mood. I thought this one was fun with a blue pom pom at the top! Striking! 

No, onto one of my favourite things from Christmas. Like I said, I'm easy to please. My friend got me this cute journal and I love journals and notebooks. I just want to buy them every time I see them. But why I love this one so much is because it's different than any I own. It isn't just a journal, it's also illustrated with little designs to colour. So basically a colouring book and a journal all in one. I get to colour each page to match whatever ever I am writing about. A great way to catch the mood. In my previous post about my New Years Resolutions, It features this book actually! I don't like to colour a whole lot so i'm glad that it's not too much with this book because it's also for writing. 

My friend also got me this Clairol Colour Crave Hair makeup which I thought was fun. Basically it gives your hair a shimmering touch of colour. I tried it out over Christmas and it works amazingly well. I had purple hair and it was really vibrant. I just added it to a few pieces to see how it looked. You just squeeze it and slide it onto your hair right from the bottle and then lock it in place using a hairdryer. As it says on the bottle, it washes out with shampoo. You just have to make sure you focus on it when washing your hair because I left some in my hair which sucked because it didn't quite match my navy blue dress that I had to wear that night. But I don't think anyone even noticed it so it was fine. 

A few weeks ago I was walking with some friends on the sidewalk which was covered in so much slush from the wet snow. We were walking to the wall which was 10 minutes away and lets just say that it wasn't fun. I was wearing long boots so my feet weren't too bad. The boots weren't waterproof so my feet did get a tiny bit wet. My two friends however were wearing sneakers and not only was the water soaking through, it was also hopping right into their shoes. One of those friends literally said he finally got those sneakers that he really wanted and now they are soaked. We got to the mall and they literally had to buy new socks, lol! It was funny! Anyways, I am happy that I got new boots for the winter because I will definitely be needing them and my other ones are back home and kind of old now anyway, and slightly ripped, opps. No more feet getting cold or wet.
